Becky Kowall

As Cleo’s Vice President, Human Resources Becky leads Cleo’s global Human Resources organization and serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team for all people initiatives. Becky holds responsibility for scaling the human resource function with a strong focus on talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, performance management, career development, and cultural enrichment programs.  

Before joining Cleo, Becky was Vice President, People Operations with InMarket Media, an AdTech and consumer intelligence company. Prior to that Becky served as Vice President of Human Resources at Forecast5 Analytics, a private-equity-backed SaaS EdTech business located in Chicago until the company’s successful sale to Frontline Education. She also held multiple HR leadership roles with The Morey Corporation and was an HR Consultant to Sikich LLP.  She was previously on the board for Grundy Will HR Association, a local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a dual-certified HR professional, with credentials through both SHRM and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).  

Currently pursuing an MBA degree through the University of Illinois, Becky holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Business Administration from Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois.
